All custom wood products are made from select hardwoods. Natural characteristics such as knots, and small pores are not defects, but the natural beauty of wood.
Davenport Home is not responsible for damages to furniture while in the care of a third party or a third party shipping company.
Orders for goods, materials or services are not accepted until a signed confirmation of purchase order is received together with a 50% deposit. No refunds will be given. All sales are final.
Lead time of 8-10 weeks from date of receipt of deposit, C.O.M., or final revision, whichever comes latest.
Davenport Home is not responsible for any delays due to other commitments, or any other reason caused beyond Davenport Home's control. All lead times and due dates are approximate, not guaranteed.
Balances are due on all items and services before shipping or execution.
All prices of goods, materials, and services are subject to change. Be sure to check latest price list for changes.
Davenport Home does not guarantee any item or materials for damage due to adverse conditions, such as but not limited to, wearing, fading, heat, humidity, or sun damage or due to abuse including, snags, rips, stains due to spills.
All upholstered frames are subject to a limited lifetime warranty as follows:
Frames: Lifetime (Cracking, splitting, etc...)
Springs: Lifetime (Breaking, sagging, etc...)
Seat Cushions: Lifetime (Sagging, creasing, etc...)
Fabric: None
Down feather: 1 year
Warranty on upholstery does not cover abuse or mistreatment of product.

All measurements are approximate within 2 inches, even custom measurements.
All slipcovers are prewashed unless specified. Davenport Home is not responsible for fading of fabric due to washing. Dry Cleaning is recommended.
All slipcovers are double stitched and over locked to prevent from unraveling or seam splitting. Slipcovers are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase.
